Who We are?

Flyhurtsfly.com is an Immortal Entertainment Company store with shipping centers operating out of Florida, Texas, Utah, and California. For all other stores, check our website footer.

How long will it take to receive the item I purchased?

With exceptions of busy holidays, our average production time is 3-7 Business Days (Monday-Friday). Once the products are printed, they will ship within 24 hours. Occasionally production can take longer during busy time of year. Rush delivery is available for additional $20. Please note when choosing rush delivery, it only speeds up the shipping and does not cut into production time. Production time is still 3-7 business day whether you choose regular shipping or rush shipping. We also do not work for postal service and are not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur.

If I purchase the wrong size, can I exchange or get a refund?

All sales are final since we print on demand. We do not stock inventory. Refunds are or exchanges offered if there is a quality issue with the product. The product is damaged or not received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and certain crypto currencies.

Do you have a physical store location?

We are online only operating out of locations listed above and do not have physical store presence.
